Once your application is received you are given a reference number. Status is confirmed against that reference and the mobile number on the application, so a reference number on its own never reveals anyone's details.
Online status lookup is not live yet. It switches on together with online submission, so nothing can be checked from this page today.

What the stages mean
- Application review — the form is checked for completeness.
- Coverage verification — your address is matched to the fiber footprint.
- Approval — a reviewer accepts or returns the application.
- Installation scheduling — you are contacted with a date and time.
- Agreement and verification — the Service Agreement is signed on paper at installation.
- Activation — handled separately by the office once every check is complete.
